Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Times:
New Zealand - North Island: 1-3 business days
New Zealand - South Island: 1-4 business days.
Australia: 7-14 business days.

We offer shipping to New Zealand and Australia. Orders shipping within New Zealand will be shipped via NZ Post, Australian orders will be shipped via EMS with NZ Post.

If your package does not arrive despite tracking information confirming delivery, please notify us immediately so we can initiate a search for the item.

In the event of a returned shipment due to incorrect address or non-receipt, we will contact you immediately to arrange reshipment. The buyer is responsible for any redelivery fees. If there is no response for redelivery, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after a shipment is marked as delivered. Please contact the courier directly for assistance in such cases. While we do not send our products with insurance, we personally insure them until they are collected by the courier. After this point, we are no longer liable for any issues, and the courier should handle any problems that arise post-delivery scan. To prevent fraud, we document the item and our team with videos and pictures before, during, and after packaging, as well as during the drop-off process.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in curating high-quality vintage luxury items and providing exceptional care to our clients. Due to the unique nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is completed with secured payment, it cannot be cancelled.

We meticulously showcase, describe, and detail the condition of our products. We understand that perceptions of condition can be subjective. Therefore, we encourage you to reach out to us via Instagram DM or through our website with any questions or concerns before finalising your purchase. Feel free to request additional photos, videos, or further descriptions to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the item's condition. Our team is always delighted to assist with your inquiries.

Once a sale is finalized and the item has been handed over to the courier for shipment, ownership and responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer.

In the rare event that an item purchased from our store is proven inauthentic by a trusted authenticator, please get in contact with us to discuss a return and refund.
